Our Programs

We offer both part-day and full-day programs designed to provide a balanced mix of small group, large group, and child-directed free choice time.

 Our curriculum follows a project-based approach, giving children the opportunity to explore topics that are meaningful and relevant to them through hands-on, interactive experiences. Academic and school readiness skills are thoughtfully integrated into daily activities, with a strong emphasis on social-emotional development.

Our classrooms are intentionally designed to encourage independence, allowing children to make choices, build strong social connections, and practice important self-help skills.

We use The Creative Curriculum, which aligns with the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards. BUMP is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), ensuring that we meet high standards for quality and care.

Part-Day Preschool

Our part-day preschool program runs from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Children engage in project-based learning through a balanced mix of small group activities, large group experiences, gross motor play, and free choice time, where they explore classroom centers at their own pace.

Snack and lunch are provided by families.

BUMP Morning Discoveries

We offer flexible schedule options to meet the needs of families:

  • 2 Days (Tuesday/Thursday): $271.95/month
  • 3 Days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday): $389.55/month
  • 5 Days (Monday–Friday): $500.85/month

Drop-In Stay & Play

  • 12:30–2:30 PM: $25 per session
  • Extended Stay & Play (2:30–4:30 PM): $25 per session
  • Early Bird Add-On (8:00–9:00 AM)
    Families enrolled in the 9:00 AM–12:30 PM program may add Early Bird care for $200 per month, providing a supervised morning transition before the school day begins.

Afternoons at BUMP

Our BUMP Afternoon Discoveries program runs from 1:00–4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and offers a flexible, learning-based option for families who are unable to attend morning hours.

Children engage in a structured, developmentally appropriate environment that continues our focus on learning through exploration and hands-on experiences. The afternoon includes small and large group activities, gross motor development, and free choice learning centers.

This program maintains BUMP’s strong learning philosophy while providing a consistent, engaging, and nurturing experience for children attending in the afternoon.

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Monday/Wednesday/Friday): $339/month

BUMP Afternoon Adventures

Our BUMP Afternoon Adventures program runs from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and offers a structured, learning-based experience for children throughout the day.

  • Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 2:30 PM): $602/month

Early Bird Add-On (8:00–9:00 AM)
Families enrolled in the 9:00 AM–2:30 PM program may add Early Bird care for $200 per month, providing a supervised morning transition before the school day begins.

The day includes structured learning activities, small and large group experiences, gross motor development, and opportunities for independent exploration in learning centers.

This flexible structure allows us to meet the needs of individual children while maintaining a consistent, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Children in this program may be combined with our Monday/Wednesday/Friday afternoon group for continued learning experiences, or they may choose a quieter transition into our rest time classroom, depending on their needs.

Full Day Preschool

Our Full Day Preschool program begins with Early Bird drop-off at 8:00 AM, where children start their day in our Early Bird classroom before transitioning to their morning classroom at 9:00 AM, joining our part-day program.

By 9:15 AM, children participate in their daily scheduled activities, including circle time. The day includes a balanced mix of project-based learning through small group experiences, large group activities, gross motor play, and free choice time, allowing children to explore classroom centers at their own pace.

At 12:30 PM, our All-Day Explorers transition to either nap/rest time or stay-and-play activities. Children who nap are provided a cot and rest until approximately 2:20 PM. Children who do not nap participate in a quiet rest period followed by afternoon enrichment activities

Families provide morning snacks and lunch.

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday): $1,022.70/month
