Sunshine room friends had a great day! We celebrated Elena’s 4th birthday with a yummy treat she brought to share. We painted and washed pumpkins, used playdoh to spell our names, water plants, built with Legos, played with baby dolls and in the kitchen, made pumpkin prints with apples, pine cones and corn and did a taste test of red vs green apples. Lots of friends today preferred the sour flavor of the green Granny Smith! Our friend Ruby also brought a special book from home to share with us and we also read “Ten Apples Up On Top!”
