Today we talked about our different emotions and how we felt, we used our names to create a chicka-chicka-boom boom tree, created different emotions using our playdoh mats, worked in our journals writing the letter Jj.

We had a wonderful Halloween party in the Balloon Room. Filled with yummy goodies, pizza, music, dancing, lots of crafts(like making a ghost ,decorating our goodie bags, and Halloween scratch offs).

Today we used our ink and Halloween stampers to crest bats and spiders! We built a spider out of blocks, read about how to catch a ghost, and a friendly frog who just wanted to go trick or treating with his friends!

We carved pumpkins, made a pumpkin volcano, created our own witches cauldron, made patterns with our colorful blocks and made a scarecrow, bat, and apples. Finally we counted with spiders and built a fire truck.

Today in the classroom we hung up some of our Halloween decorations like our ghosts that we made with our water colors, created paint splat monsters with googly eyes, we decorated our magnetic dolls with different costumes, and had a blast with our candy math counting puzzle.

We used our color and number recognition with a fall color by number, and used fall colors to make symmetry art with pumpkins.
